Bought on Fab?

You do not need an account to use the product: the Epic Games Launcher installs it for you. Create one only if you want direct downloads, older builds or account support.

Your account works immediately: no waiting, no approval queue. Fab gives sellers no buyer data at all, so we match order ids against the Epic sales export afterwards, and we get in touch before anything changes if one turns out never to have existed.

The order id is in the receipt Epic emailed you, and in your Epic account order history. It is the long one, a letter then sixteen digits, not the shorter invoice id printed beside it.
